First, let’s talk.
Our personal approach to your fitness starts with a complimentary phone consultation. It’s important to learn more about you and your health and fitness history. We’ll also talk about your fitness goals and what you hope to achieve by working together, along with where you’ll want to have the sessions – either at the Tonacity studio in Charlestown or online via zoom. We are flexible and happy to accommodate either option.
Next, the plan.
From there, we’ll plan our first session, where Anne Marie will lead you through a series of movements to identify your strengths and areas of opportunity. We’ll formulate a plan to help you achieve your goals and determine the right number of sessions per week to get you there. While everyone wants quick results, building strength is individual and progression differs based on your body and fitness level. We’ll keep track of your progress together and continually adjust, all with the goal of improving your whole-body strength.
