Master Pilates Instructor & Whole Body Trainer

Anne Marie DeGirolamo NCPT, is a master Pilates instructor and nationally certified fitness professional with multiple specialties.  She received her Advanced and Master’s level certifications from The Pilates Center of Boulder, an internationally renowned comprehensive teacher training program.  She carries additional certifications from NASM, AFAA, ACE and FAI, PCES. With over twenty years experience with clients from California to Boston, Anne Marie continues to share her passion for enhancing health and knowledge through movement.

Anne Marie specializes in rebuilding the core and pelvic floor post-child birth and is an expert in ways to recover from diastasis through exercise. Her proven whole-body, Pilates-based approach makes her a sought-after trainer for women ready to build new strength after giving birth.

She owns and operates her personal training business in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston, serving a broad range of clients from pre-and post-natal moms to dedicated athletes to those actively aging. Anne Marie is also a mentor to young teachers entering the fitness industry, teaching them everything from nuts-and-bolts biomechanics to best practices for special populations.

Anne Marie’s clients are people of all ages and fitness levels. She is passionate about helping them achieve the many health benefits exercise provides for the brain and body.  Anne Marie believes a balanced fitness program enhances the health and wellness of her clients so they can move with ease for years to come.
