Meet Anne Marie

“From a young age, movement became my sanctuary. It was the antidote to the migraines and gut health issues that plagued me. It was the resilience I found within myself when I faced a myriad of injuries, surgeries, and the profound physical challenge of a twin pregnancy that resulted in bed rest, a 10 finger diastasis, leaking, and back pain. Every single time, I found that movement was my healing balm – my body felt alive and vital after a workout.

These personal experiences opened my eyes to the profound impact that movement, or the lack of it, can have on our lives. If you’ve ever grappled with an injury, recovered from surgery, or rebuilt strength post-partum, you’ll know exactly what I mean. These challenges can directly alter the course of our lives.

What started as a part-time hobby of teaching group exercise classes, gradually blossomed into a mission that transcends the boundaries of a full-time career. I found my life’s purpose – to help people keep moving, regardless of what’s happening in their bodies.

Drawing from my expertise in Pilates, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise, applied movement neurology, and functional aging and senior fitness, I’ve crafted a balanced fitness program focused on longevity. My journey has been filled with trials, learning, and growth. Now, I am passionate about using this knowledge to help others find their path to wellness and vitality. Together, we can keep moving, keep growing, and keep thriving.”
